Come join us at Coronation Park for a BBQ! We'll supply the wood for cooking (we're asking $1 per person to cover this cost) and we'll have hot dogs available at $1 each (you must RSVP to tell us how many you want), or you can bring your own food. There will also be a potluck for side dishes (salads, veggies, desserts). Please bring your own plate/bowl, cup, and eating utensils to minimize waste.

After supper, if the weather cooperates, we can head to the Telus World of Science (formerly Odyssium) to do some stargazing. The observatory is located adjacent to the main building on the southeast side. The telescopes are manned by professional and amature experts and they're glad to help people focus in on the amazing sights light years away. However, it will not be dark enough to see stars until ~9:30- 10:00 PM, so be prepared to stay late if you want to stargaze.

We will meet at SITE 1 of Coronation Park (red canopy).

Please note that as it is not yet summer, the park's washrooms will not be open. However, the Telus World Of Science main building will be open until 9.

Notes:

If you do not RSVP, we will assume you don't want any hot dogs and you will bring your own food.
If the sky is too cloudy, the BBQ will still go ahead, but stargazing might not be possible.
