This evening's event will start with an overview on basic need to know on backpacking such as how to choose a pack, how to pack a pack, what to bring and more.

You will then have an opportunity to move around to different 'stations' to learn more on specific aspects of backpacking.

Knowing how to handle the 'long and cold'; what to carry to avoid the blood, sweat and tears; how to heat the bush gourmet; and be 'easy peazy'.
. If you want to learn about cycle touring we will also have a station on bike and bags.

+ Bring your questions and enthusiasm.
