Itinerary:
On EOC urban hikes, a number of EOC members have noticed a disturbing amount of waste left by a few litterbugs who live with us in this city. We would like to encourage everybody to do their bit to help keep the spaces we walk in clean.

As part of this effort, on May 4th we will join hundreds of other volunteers in a City of Edmonton-organized campaign to clean up the greenspaces of our city. Our group will take on a section of the Mill Creek Ravine, located between Argyll Road and 74 Street.

Participants in this event are required to bring their own gloves, and sturdy footware. Since we will be working along the ravine, it is quite possible for our feet to get mucky. Garbage bags are supplied by the City of Edmonton.

Update:The city has provided us with enough gloves and garbage bags for everybody.
