We meet in the parking lot, cross the foot bridge & turn right onto the trails heading east along the river & hike towards Mc Kinnon Ravine & back.

Required Items to Bring:
a liter of drinking water, decent sneakers or hiking shoes/boots. dress shoes & sandals will not be accepted (safety)

Recommended Items to Bring:
Use our Event Checklists to make sure you have everything you need.
sun screen insect repellent, sun glasses, a baseball type cap with a rim to keep the rain or sun out of your eyes

find yourself in Hawrelak Park follow the circle road till you reach the pic nic site on the right called PICNIC SITE NUMBER TWO park & we will be there.

This is not a race, just a fun exercise for fitness.
