PRE-REGISTRATION & PAYMENT REQUIRED: Once you've reviewed the event details, and decided you'd like to join us, you MUST sign up at the bottom of this page. You will then make your payment for this event at the venue, NOT in advance to the EOC.

Itinerary:
We will meet at the parking lot Blackfoot-Islet Lake trail head. There are many of trails that will provide a variety of terrain similar to an easy backpacking trip.

This will be a long hike so be prepared with lots of snacks, lunch and water. We will stop at the one of the shelters for a break.

How to Get There:
Event Directions:Go East on Sherwood Park freeway out of Edmonton. Sherwood Park freeway turns into Wye Rd. continue east until RR 220.

Please refer to google maps for specific directions from your location.

Give yourself lots of time to get out to Islet Lake, to give you an idea of time, the drive is 1 hr. from Bonnie Doon Shopping Centre.

I will not be setting up a car pool but let me know if you require a ride and I will do my best to connect you with another member.
