This will be a very leisurely and easy ride.

We'll start at Spruce Village Park in Spruce Grove and follow the paths/sidewalks for a bit at a slow and easy pace.
We won't follow any set route, but will likely not cover a large distance or get all that far from the starting point. There won't be any excessively challenging hills to overcome, either.

Required Items to Bring:
- Bike
- MANDATORY Helmet
- Water

Recommended Items to Bring:
Use our Event Checklists to make sure you have everything you need.
- Weather appropriate clothing (we never know what the weather will bring us)
- Camera
- Basic Repair Kit (spare tubes, etc)
