Itinerary:
My philosophy for conditioning is a combination of endurance, weight in backpacks and hills. We will begin with endurance training and weight in our backpacks.

We will meet at the Argyll Parking lot and hike in the Millcreek Ravine toward the Muttart crosss the river to Louise McKinny park, walk west and cross back over to the south side at the low level bridge to our starting point.

This conditioning event is part of a series that will prepare participants for the backpacking seasons. I plan to post a backpacking trip in Kananaskis country in early July.
