We will be participating in the 2-day Co-Ed Skills Weekend (Fernie) Jun 20 2014 - Jun 22 2014 which is offered by Sacred Rides.

This will also require an additional day off travel each way for a total of 4 days. We will be staying at the Red Tree Lodge in Fernie. Two nights accommodation are included (double occupancy with same gender pairing).

An extra night for the evening of Sunday June 22, 2014 is recommended. See Intineary detail at Sacred Rides

Getting There

The tricky part will be getting there with our bikes. There will be a pre-trip meeting to sort out who needs rides. It is possible to rent a bike in Fernie.

Where Do I Register?

EOC will not be accepting payment for this event.

Please register at Sacred Rides and indicate that you will need an extra night's stay for the evening of Sunday June 22, 2014.

Please register at Sacred Rides. Total cost will be $695 plus optionally $150 (divided by two people) for an extra nights stay (not including travel). Please email me your receipt and I will put you on the list!

The code for an extra night is Extra post-Ride hotel nights (double)

The event coordinator(s) will help you to arrange a centralized carpool if you require it, but it's not guaranteed. Please DO NOT pay your driver en route. Passengers will pay the coordinator, and he/she will distribute the money to the carpool drivers. SO PLEASE BRING CASH!!! Approximate vehicle expense for this event is $266.80 (calculated at total Km * $0.29, effective Friday, April 26, 2024). This is based on $0.09/Km for maintenance, plus current gas price divided by 9. This cost will be multiplied by the number of carpooled cars, and divided by the number of carpool participants.
