Itinerary:

We'll meet at the parking lot to the west of the intersection of Groat Rd and River Valley Rd (aka Government House Park).

This ride will follow a portion of the old Canadian Northern Railway line from the bottom of Groat hill along River Valley Rd, Low Level Bridge and up Mill Creek Ravine to the Velodrome. Return will be via the same route.

The ride follows a historic railway route so grades will be gentle but the climb out of the river valley to the south is long. The reward is a long gentle coast back down on the return leg.

Refreshments to follow (open to suggestions).
