Itinerary:
We'll meet in the parking lot at Muttart Conservatory at 6 PM for a 6:15 PM Sharp departure.

We'll head north on the path that joins up to the parking lot and follow it until it bends right to the East.
From there we'll continue along up to the climb at You Don't Love me Hill
(Andrew dated a girl a number of years ago, and all they ever did on their dates was walk, and almost every time they walked up the same steep hill. Eventually she told Andrew that she wasn't interested in him anymore, so he named it You Don't Love me Hill.
After that climb, there's a nice relaxing level stretch along the top of the river valley where the view is quite amazing.
Following that path northwest there are quite a few small steep hills (the Ups and Downs) and we'll continue along right into Goldbar Park
There we can stop for a few minutes and enjoy a quick snack and rest up for the return trip along the same path we took to get to Goldbar.
The round trip should be about 19km and take about two or so hours if we average 10km/hr including the short break.

Andrew will likely be at the back of the group, so if you're really fit and able to climb hills quickly please don't get too far ahead. If someone needs to get off and push, there is nothing wrong with that, and this is meant to be a good training/exercise course.
