Itinerary:
Come out for an early Saturday morning hike! Meet at 9:20 AM, WE WILL START THE HIKE BY 9:30 AM SHARP!

This is a moderate paced hike (3.5 - 4 km/hr) on a combination of paved and gravel trails. Feel free to bring whatever type of backpack and amount of weight you are comfortable carrying if you would like to condition for backpacking this summer, or just come for the hike.
We will be starting from Millcreek Ravine Park South (from the trail head at 93 st and 68 ave) heading north toward the River Valley, all the way to the Muttart and back. This is a 9 km hike and will be a moderate pace with few stops.

Required Items to Bring:
Water, appropriate clothing for weather conditions
Trail shoes or hiking boots.

How to Get There:
Event Directions:From Argyll Road, turn north on 93 st, and right on 68 ave. There's a parking area to the east of the intersection. There's a small cul-de-sac with parking, and plenty of parking on the block before the cul-de-sac. I'll be wearing (or carrying) my yellow EOC baseball cap.
