Itinerary:
We will be meeting at 6:30 p.m. for introductions at Capilano Park. We will be leaving at 6:40 p.m. sharp and hiking up the hill, and down through the Kinnaird Ravine and looping back along the north side of the river. Along the way we will encounter a few sets of stairs and some nice hills.

Bring your backpack for more exercise. Add some extra weight for even more exercise. This will be a moderate pace hike averaging 4-5km/hr.
There will be stairs, and it may be muddy.
We will meet in the parking lot close to the foot bridge. Look for Wes wearing a yellow EOC hat

How to Get There:
Event Directions:From the intersection of 50st and 101ave, head north on 50th street, follow all the way to the end, road will curve left where there is a small parking lot. Look for a burgandy Dodge truck
