Attention all members! Do you have an inquiring mind that wants to know... not what the club can do for you but what you can do for your club?

This is an informal social gathering for any and all volunteers with the EOC - past, present and future. Come out and meet some folks, see some friends, and see folks you maybe haven't seen in a while.

A volunteer for the EOC is someone who is currently on our volunteer team, someone who was on our volunteer team in the past, or someone who is just interested in scoping things out a little to see if they might be interested in volunteering for us. Sorry, but it does not include folks who have attended volunteer-ish events such as Christmas Child or Food Bank.

If you are interested in finding out more information about volunteering for the EOC, don't be scared - come on out! You can meet some folks, get some info, and scope everything out. No commitment, although our Volunteer Coordinator, Rhonda, will follow up with you with regards to volunteering to see if you're ready to move forward.

There will be no official club business discussed at this event, but if you are considering coordinating events for the EOC, or just want some information, come on out for this informal gathering.

All food and beverages will be pay as you go - no tabs. Sorry for the inconvenience, but it's too hard to keep a tab straight with people coming and going and moving around.

Make sure you check in with me, at least to say hi so that I know you're there. I will be wearing the yellow EOC ball cap. Try to arrive between 6:00 and 7:00.

If this night isn't good for you, please note that I do these about 4x/year, choosing different evenings of the week for each one. If this location is inconvenient, please feel free to send requests and suggestions for future events. For alternate locations, please make sure they would be relatively quiet and not too crowded so we can have a good gathering.
