Itinerary:
This event is only open to female members of the Edmonton Outdoor Club. I will be looking at co-ed course options for a future event so please stay tuned.

Please note the early registration deadline. This is because the course instructors are holding space for the EOC and require our confirmed numbers two weeks before the course begins.

The course runs Saturday, April 30 AND Sunday, May 1 from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Established in 1989, the Rape Aggression Defense (RAD) System is a program of realistic self-defense tactics and techniques. It is a comprehensive course for women and begins wtih awareness, prevention, risk reduction and avoicdence and also provides the basics of hands-on defense training.

The Course is divided into four sessions over two days and will include theory/discussion and hands-on training.

$40 to pay for the course.

Cost Includes:14 hours of instruction and hands-on training as well as as a workbook/reference manual.
