Itinerary:
Calling all photographers!

Got that digital camera for Christmas and it's already collecting dust? Brush up on your composition skills and gain inspiration from others! In the first of what I hope will be many photography events, we will have a scavenger hunt with a twist.

Format: A secret list will be unveiled when the event begins. The list will detail 6 pictures that are to be taken. You will then have 60 mins for your eagle eye to find the best pictures within the confines of the mall. Once the time has elapsed, we will meet up and vote on the best picture in each of the 6 objectives, plus best overall. We will split the group in teams of 2 or 3 or we will have the choice to go alone depending on the group. The winner will receive a small prize that has not yet been determined.

Tips: Dress like a tourist and you'll get fewer suspicious stares during your clandestine mission. Objectives will NOT be "take a picture of a table", but will be more... creative. Most importantly, think outside the box! It's all about composition!

Equipment: For the purposes of time, we will have to use digital cameras capable of downloading to a PC (my laptop) via memory card reader or USB for this event. Fancy SLR cameras are certainly not required (I will be using a simple point and shoot). When you sign up, please contact Jason with the make and model of your camera (you can put it in the notes section when you register for the event) so we can ensure we have everything we need to load your pictures.
