Itinerary:
The Lord of the Ravens and the Queen of the Magpies have gathered under the darkness of the Raven's Nest at Underbridge. They are pretenders to a vacant throne as the Prince and Princess of the land have gone on a mythic quest to bring back their kingdom's stolen light.

Its a winter walk/hike through the Mill Creek Ravine, with some surprise stories, characters, statues, singers, and other fun in the trails as we go. It will be an easy walk, not a strenuous hike, but lots of fun as we explore what will be in the trails. The Baba Yaga walk last year was great, I'm sure this will be too.

Following the success of a Winter Light favourite, Baba Yaga, artists Memi von Gaza and Dylan Toymaker transform a snowy walk through Mill Creek ravine into another magical adventure. From the heart of the boreal forest, deep in Mill Creek ravine, comes the story of Raven's Nest.

Listen to the tidings of the magpies. Follow the footsteps of the Princess who has traveled North in search of the Aurora Borealis. Find the Light Camp and the Shimmering Grove.

Make a light and bring it back to the place of Shadow and Fire. Celebrate the dark; welcome the light.

While the exact details of the walk are unknown, it will be a fun, interesting, night walk through the trails of Mill Creek. Free hot chocolate, interpretive characters, who knows what awaits us in the trails?

WE WILL MEET AT MILLCREEK CAFE, 9562-82AVE, THEN WALK INTO THE VALLEY FROM THERE. I will be wearing a large white fur hat.
