Itinerary:

We will meet at 6:00pm and hit the trails at 6:10 sharp.

Hills and drills as well as stair climbs are a great way to get your heart rate up. This will be a easy conditioning hike on some rugged trails. There may be some bushwacking involved and some scenic exploring. The distance will be about 10-12 km.

To find us in the parking lot, Wes will be in a burgandy dodge truck and Sandie will have a yellow EOC hat.

How to Get There:
Event Directions:Take 50 St. to 109a Ave. Go past 109a Ave and take the first road heading east, you will see the Goldbar park sign. Continue heading east past water treatment facilities, follow road to parking lot on left side.
