Itinerary:
We will meet in the SE corner of the parking lot at the Century Park LRT station at 8:30 AM and drive out to Miquelon Lake Provincial Park. We will try to be there by about 9:00 or 9:15 AM.

To get to the park, you will need to head east from Edmonton on Yellowhead, Sherwood Park Freeway or Anthony Henday (Hwy 216) then turn south on Hwy 21. When you pass New Sarepta, look for a turn to the left marked by a sign. The park entrance is a few kilometers down the road on your left. Once past the gate, turn right and drive along the road then turn into the first group camping turnoff. Up that road is a field with parking just a few meters from the trailhead.

We will hike some of the scenic trails in the east end of the park. The distance is about 10 or 12 km. and the difficulty is moderate. Afterwards, we can return to the lake for lunch, and possibly a swim if the weather's nice.

After we're done, we will drive back to Edmonton.
