helmets are MANDATORY on ALL club rides. Plenty of Water Healthy Snacks (ie. energy bar)Additionally, What You Might Need When Going Parts: spare tube, patch kit and chain pin. Tools: pump, tire levers, chain rivet tool, allen keys. Map of the trail you are riding. Compass. Poncho/Rain Jacket Insect Repellent Hat, Visor, and/or Sunglasses Sunscreen (which should be at least SPF 15 & applied 30 min ahead to be effective) Dress Appropriately for Weather First Aid Kit (Bandages, Antibiotic Ointment, Tweezers, Bee Sting Kit) CameraThink we forgot something from one of our lists?
