The weather was beautiful: warm and sunny. Trail conditions were mixed with ice, snow, mud, and enough puddles to get the shoes wet. We remained on double wide and paved paths on this hike. 11 people joined in on the 2 hour adventure. We stopped briefly at the top of the 200 step staircase and again at the lookout at wolf willow estates. There was interest raised about beginner backpacking trips.
