Write Up:
The season opener was very exciting as we had a chance to cheer some of our members on as they braved the fast flowing river. There was many seasoned veterans who were there offering to take our beginner group out. Afterwards we browsed the EDBFA trailer site where they had tents set up for prize draws and to sell equipment. Free hot dogs, pop, Timbits and coffee was enjoyed by all after either paddling or cheering.
