The Epcor tower is a beautiful building and the venue for tonights event. This evenings "Let's talk design" Great ideas. Great city. Speakers series featuring Ken Greenberg was all about urban design and planning. Don Iveson was present and is passionate about developing a city with good design at its core. He gave a great speech as did all the other speakers. A few key words that were shared at todays talk included: integration (of transportation, planning and design), design as a personal experience (because good design affects us all in a positive way), design as an outcome (because with good design we get a place that has purpose, that gives us an experience, a reason to linger, to gather and stay). - Betty
