Write Up:
We had an excellent turnout for this event. The subject matter was not only interesting, but thought provoking in the fact that it encompassed far more "folk art" than one would first consider. The speaker was excellent, the presentation informative and colourful. The speaker entertained questions after the formal lecture. A small group of us went out for pie & coffee afterwards before heading for home. Larry C, Ian M, Julia R, Stephen B, Sarah C, Madeleine J-F, Jing Li, Dana R, Joanne W. & her guest William were in attendance. Hope to see you all at the next Royal Alberta Museum event.
