Write Up:
Five EOCers braved a chilly Halloween evening for a nice evening urban hike.

We walked from Dawson Park westwards to Cloverdale Footbridge, crossed over for a quick loop round a parking lot, then returned via the north side and the interesting residential area of Riverdale to check out the Halloween decorations.

Several houses had put on a great show of Halloween decorations, and many kids were out "trick and treating" in the local area. All in all a nice event for a chilly evening!

A couple of special awards:
Best Halloween Costume: Sandie's construction worker outfit!
Most Unhealthy Post-Hike Meal: Ian's poutine in Devanney's
Worst Post-Hike Pub Singer: The second guy in Devanney's, who thought he was Bruce Springsteen.
