Despite a few sprinkles, the Calgary zoo road trip was awesome! We started with a burger and shake at Pete's and went to the zoo. We began from the beginning of time with the prehistoric section of the zoo. Then we saw some energetic serow, giraffes, slacking hippos and a very playful bear amoungst many others. The gorillas were grand, the creatures of the night were creepy, and the aviaries were great. Can't wait to see them again!
