Write Up:
Despite gale-force winds this week, 13 brave walkers showed up for the first-ever half-and-half walk. Down at the walking trails, the wind was but a breeze - not enough to be annoying, but enough to hold the mosquitoes at bay. Yay!!
The thirteen of us (plus two pooches) enjoyed a leisurely stroll south from Snow Valley, then returned to the cars where seven bid farewell and the six remaining continued on for the second half, heading north towards Whitemud Park.
It was a very lovely evening - thanks to all who came out!
