Thank you all for attending "A balmy beginner snowshoe shuffle around Terwilligar Point" . Out for his first event with the EOC as well as on the snow shoes was Sam B. who showed no fear when we left the beaten track. We had a great time, with a run at a good sized hill, did some off trail bush adventure (none of that sticking to the beaten path for this group) thanks to Denis for the suggestion, broke some new trails, and Beth kept us entertained with the different ways to do faceplates while wearing snow shoes. Then it was off to Starbucks for yummy treats and hot drinks. A special thanks to Brent S (Pole Pole … what does that mean anyway????) for being the real co-ordinator on this my first of three co-coordinated events towards being let loose as a " bona fide co-ordinator". Cheers, Larry C.
