Write Up:
Another gorgeous night in the beautiful City of Edmonton, although many were amazed at the route and wondered if we had left the city and landed on some backcountry trail. We conditioned ourselves with a warm up provided by Saeed, followed by 30 minutes of stairs and some hills and drills out to Emily Murphy and back to Glenora. A good time was had by all.
