10 of us stuck together for most of the Star Party, and we had quite the evening! We were treated to interesting lectures by amateur and professional astronomers in the Astotin theatre, chances to view the wonderfully clear night sky through telescopes, and lots of time to experience the thoroughly enjoyable Star Party atmosphere. To cap off the evening, after listening to a lecture on the science behind the Northern Lights, we walked outside and were treated to a remarkable display of the real thing!
