Itinerary:
River Valley Alliance (RVA) is organizing this event and I have reserved six tickets for EOC members. Meet outside of Little Brick Cafe around 9:50 a.m. for a start time of 10 a.m. We will join RVA for a 90-minute walk. You will need to sign the RVA waiver upon arrival.

The following is the RVA’s description of their event:

Join CEC Members as we walk the trails in east central Edmonton. We will meet outside the Little Brick Cafe in Riverdale and walk the short distance to the trail that will take us to and across the Tawatinâ Bridge to the south side of the river and back across the Low-Level Bridge past the Funicular and back to the Cafe.

The walk will take about 1.5 hours (roughly 3.6 KM roundtrip), walking at a leisurely pace with stops along the way.

It is a beginner- to moderate-level hike on a paved path for the majority of the walk, with a small section on a cleared granular path with a small hill in and out of Riverdale.

Parking is on the street around The Little Brick Cafe. The meeting location will be outside of the Little Brick Cafe.

The Little Brick Cafe is a great local spot to grab a hot beverage after the walk.

Please dress for the weather.
