Come ride Three Killer Hills through Edmonton's lovely river valley trail system. Meet at 1PM for a 1:15 Sharp departure.

From the meeting place, we will head down into McKinnon Ravine.

Just before the Government House parking lot at the bottom of the Groat Road hill, we'll detour left and climb up Groat Road for our "warm up" Killer Hill (KH#1) (and then ride right back down again).

Continuing east, we'll cross River Valley Road past Victoria Park and ride up the switchback hill to Ezio Faraone Park (KH#2) where we will pause for a view of the river.

Return the same way (without the Groat Road Hill), climbing back up McKinnon Ravine for our third and final Killer Hill of the day (KH#3) to the starting point.

Although we'll be doing some awesome hills, this event is not a race. We'll be traveling at our customary 16km/hour average pace. Faster folks are welcome to take off on ahead, but should know the route since the coordinator will not be with you.

In the case of crummy weather on the Saturday, and better weather on the Sunday, this event will be changed to Sunday. If McKinnon Ravine is not yet clear of snow and ice by this date, the event will be changed to start at the small parking lot on E.L. Smith Rd, just off of Cameron Heights Dr and do two killer hills (and one with murderous intent) from there.
