Itinerary:
The cost is $80 for 2 nights and includes semi- private accommodations at the Rundle's Mission Country Cottage. The cottage has 5 suites,that hosts 11 people, each with a full bathroom

We can arrive anytime after 4:00 pm Friday. That is when I get the keys.
There will be Snowshoeing, X-Country Skiing, Kicksledding, Skating, and hikes over the 3 days. The Rundle's Mission boasts over 220 acres of land and 6 km of groomed trails as well as Pigeon Lake itself. There will be both organized trips and an opportunity to explore on your own over the weekend.
There are group cooking, dining and social areas. All food is your own responsibility. We can discuss options for potluck, carpooling, etc. Ask Lynn for more details.

Required Items to Bring:
You will need to bring your own gear, except for Kicksleds that I will bring to try out for all over the weekend.As long as I can get the booking .
Bring your own bedding, unless you wish to pay the $10 Linen service per night. Bedding, pillows, etc.
Gear and Clothing for the climate
Your own food for the weekend. There is a grocery store located 25 Km away at the The Village of Pigeon Lake if you should need to purchase food or beverages. etc
Warm clothing.

Carpool Cost: The event coordinator(s) will help you to arrange a centralized carpool if you require it, but it's not guaranteed. Please DO NOT pay your driver en route. Passengers will pay the coordinator, and he/she will distribute the money to the carpool drivers. SO PLEASE BRING CASH!!! Approximate vehicle expense for this event is $58.00 (calculated at total Km * $0.29, effective Thursday, April 25, 2024). This is based on $0.09/Km for maintenance, plus current gas price divided by 9. This cost will be multiplied by the number of carpooled cars, and divided by the number of carpool participants.

*Snowshoes and or X-Country skis are available for rental through either Totem Outfitters or MEC.

If there is enough interest to fill a second cottage, I will see if I can still book space in the second cottage.
- Registration is NOT COMPLETE until you've signed up and paid by the registration cut off date. The money must be in the EOC's possession by that date. No exceptions.
- When a minimum group size appears, this is to let you know that the event will be cancelled with refunds to those who have already paid, if the minimum number of registered participants is not met. For any events where EOC needs a minimum number of participants, there will be absolutely no refunds of money if you cancel.
- We encourage all members to follow our Etiquette Guidelines at all times while participating in EOC events.

*** The cost includes 2 nights accommodations at the Rundle's Mission Country Cottage. The cottage has 5 bedroom suites, each with a washroom, that hosts 2 people per room and 1 room hosts 3, Group cooking, dining and social areas. All food is your own responsibility. We can discuss options for potluck,room assignments, carpooling etc.
