Itinerary:

The plan is to meet at Dawson park at 7PM for a 7:05PM departure. We will be running along the dirt/gravel trails in Dawson park and occasionally pavement. This will be a fairly slow run suitable for beginners. So the distance and route will depend on what the group wants to do.

After the run there will be the option of going for refreshments at Cartago to replenish lost calories :D Cartago
