Itinerary:
This years trip will be to K-country's Lillian Lake. The first night, July 6 we will stay at the HI Kananaskis Wilderness Hostel.

In the morning after breakfast we will pack up and travel together to the trail head.

The hike in is 6.5 Km into the lake from the trail head. There is an elevation gain of approximately 475 M. In places the grad is moderately steep, especially toward the end.

Once we arrive, set up camp, and have lunch, we will explore the area. For those who like to fish, bring your gear and feel free to spend the afternoon fishing. It will be up to you to check in to any fishing license required.

Please note you will pay the coordinator directly. I DO NOT have pay pay please use interact banking or arrange to pay me directly on a hike.

How to Get There:
Event Directions:Take highway two towards Calgary. There are many choices to get onto highway 1 towards Canmore. Before getting to Canmore take exit 118 towards K-Country. Follow Kaninaskis trail towards Ribbon Cr. Rd.

Carpool Cost: The event coordinator(s) will help you to arrange a centralized carpool if you require it, but it's not guaranteed. Please DO NOT pay your driver en route. Passengers will pay the coordinator, and he/she will distribute the money to the carpool drivers. SO PLEASE BRING CASH!!! Approximate vehicle expense for this event is $261.00 (calculated at total Km * $0.29, effective Friday, April 19, 2024). This is based on $0.09/Km for maintenance, plus current gas price divided by 9. This cost will be multiplied by the number of carpooled cars, and divided by the number of carpool participants.

Notes:
A MANDITORY meeting will be held at the end of June to work out logistics.

Please sign up on the wait list and pay the coordinator. Once the coordinator has received payment you will be moved over to the event.
br> If I can find a campsite for Friday evening the fee may be lower and you will receive back the difference.
