Itinerary:

University of Alberta's Devonian Botanic Garden is a field collection of some of the most beautiful plants you'll ever see. Located just north of Devon, it's only about 30 minutes out of Edmonton. It even has an elaborate Japanese Garden, among other specialized displays.

On August 25th at 9:00pm, Devonian Botanic Garden has an outdoor movie night going on - "Mamma Mia".

Gates at 6pm; movie starts at dusk. It's Movie Night - a perfect way to send out summer. Bring your blanket or low lawn chair and settle under the stars for an outdoor big-screen experience of the visually stunning adventure "Mamma Mia". This is an outdoor event. In the event the movie is rained out and cancelled by organizers, there will be an alternate date in September.

To find me at the gardens, I will be waiting at the garden entrance at 7:30pm wearing my royal blue EOC baseball cap. At 7:45pm we will head on in to explore the gardens until 8:30pm then get our seats for the movie.
