Itinerary:
On Saturday, we will hike the trails around the Town of Devon waterfront. As the town of Devon and the River Valley Alliance are organizing a "Name that Trail!" event, there will also be interactive game-show style stations along the trails, and we will be provided with naming submission forms where we can submit ideas for naming the trails in Devon. A snack table will also be set up within Voyageur Park.

We will meet at Devon Voyageur Park in the parking lot at 1 pm, and our hike departure will be 1:20pm.

This is a fairly difficult hike due to frequent changes in elevation and stairs. Its a good idea to bring water and a light snack. We will hike for approx. 2-3 hours or until the group decides to turn back. Dogs are allowed on the trails but must be leashed at all times due to wildlife! There are beautiful views throughout!

I am not organizing a formal carpool for this event. If you do need a ride to Devon, please get in touch with me - I will do my best to help people sort out arrangements. The map attached below shows directions from the overflow parking lot at West Edmonton Mall (a possible meeting location if a carpool is organized for some of the people attending the hike)
