Itinerary:
Hill and drills will be a series of hikes desired to get you in shape and geared up for the up coming backpacking season. Each week or two I will set up a hike in the river valley area designed to put you though your paces leading up to many weekends exploring in the Rockies. We will meet at Capilano Park parking lot at 3:50. Leaving right at 4:00 PM. Please ensure you have good foot wear and are well hydrated. Everyone is welcome even if you are not interested in backpacking. Look for the guy with the white Grand Am.

How to Get There:
Event Directions:To get to Capilano Park, drive north on 50th street past 109A Avenue. Go down toward the river and turn left, park at the bridge entrance. We will meet in the parking lot. Check out my picture on the "Volunteers" page.
