Itinerary:

Meet at the parking lot for Dawson Park (10298 89 Street) at 11:00AM for a 11:10AM departure.
I will be wearing a yellow EOC baseball cap and standing by a grey Hyundai wagon, so you can recognise me.

NOTE: Parts of this hike will be icy/slippy underfoot, so I strongly recommend you bring ice grips/traction devices!
This hike is on a mixture of paved and unsurfaced trails, and will be at a brisk pace (at least 5km/h).
Also, the "goat trail" is a long steady climb.

Head NE from the parking lot as far as Kinnaird Ravine, and then pick up the "goat trail" that gradually climbs up out of the River Valley as far as 82 Street / Jasper Avenue.
Once we've followed in the footsteps of the goats, we'll then walk through a nice residential area back into Kinnaird Ravine, which will take us down into the River Valley, from where we will return to Dawson Park.

Note that dogs are very welcome on this hike, don't forget to sign them up too!
