Itinerary:
The idea really is to have some fun & get some exercise. We will hike the trails but drop into the bush at just about every opportunity.Bushwacking forces you to make all kinds of movements that you would not make just hiking. We meet at 6:15 & hike away at 6:30 sharp. This is a city dog park & the city requires that we carry a leash(s) & pick up the poop please be respectfull of our dog parks.

Required Items to Bring:
Decent boots, a light, a liter of water. No light, no hike. I have a couple of extra ones to lend if you need one. If you have one, please bring it.
Recommended Items to Bring:
Use our Event Checklists to make sure you have everything you need.
A hat will keep the bush out of your hair. Hiking poles would help. If there is snow I VERY MUCH recommend microspikes

How to Get There:
Event Directions:The most likely way to get to Terwillegar Park is to exit into Terwillegar off the Whitemud & go two lights south to Rabbit Hill Road (two lights). At the lights, turn right pass the Safeway (on the left) & keep on going on Rabbit Hill Rd till you start going downhill onto the park parking lot. Look for my yellow EOC baseball cap.
