We will meet at 5PM at a carpool location (See below). Our departure time is 515/530PM at the latest. Carpool arrangements will be decided before hand, please indicate if you prefer to be passenger or driver. Payments for gas/carpooling will be decided before hand. We should be arriving in at our destination at 8/830PM. Please bring your own food for lunch. We enjoy dinners as a group at a restaurant. Breakfast is provided at the hotel. The group will check into the hotel, and then head out for dinner to make plans for next day

Skiing at Marmot Basin (half day), dinner options: The Raven Bistro, Aalto, The Maligne Range

Approximate vehicle expense for this event is $261.00 (calculated at total Km * $0.29, effective Friday, December 26, 2025). This is based on $0.09/Km for maintenance, plus current gas price divided by 9. This cost will be multiplied by the number of carpooled cars, and divided by the number of carpool participants. | ||||||
