Itinerary:

Meet outside the Alfred Savage Centre at 8PM. Then start the run at 810PM. Due to wet conditions we will stick to double wide paths completing a 4 minute run followed by a 2 minute walk, on repeat. There is some small elevation, potentially a hill. :)
