**COVID-19: You must provide proof you are fully vaccinated on my EOC events. Thanks in advance for your cooperation.**
**Please note:
- I am only going to have 8 people max including
myself on this event.
- This will be a moderately paced walk of
~5km/hr.
- This event will be weather dependent, please
check the EOC calendar and your email for any
updates.
About this walk: ~11-11.5km, ~2-2.5 hours
For a change of scenery, I would like to hike along the path in St. Albert that follows alongside the Sturgeon River.
We will begin our hike at Lions Park which is located just west of downtown in St. Albert. We will head west along the Sturgeon River to Lois Hole Provincial Park, loop around the boardwalk before we head back east. We will then head on the north end of downtown to the Benoit footbridge, cross over then walk on the north side of the river, cross over the Children’s Bridge back to the parking lot.
**There could be icy sections on this paved trail so please bring your ice grips with.

feeling unwell/fatigued, nausea/vomiting/diarrhea,

taste/smell, muscle/joint aches, headache,
conjunctivitis (pink eye);
• You have not travelled outside of Canada in the
last 14 days;
• You have not had close contact with a confirmed
case of COVID-19 in the last 14 days; and
• You have not had close contact with a
symptomatic
close contact of a confirmed case of COVID-19 in
the last 14 days.
