Itinerary:
Meet at Emily Murphy Park at 5:00PM for a 5:05PM departure.
We'll head East for 30 minutes, turn around and go back to the starting point.
This is meant to be a really easy Urban Hike.
The pace will be reasonably slow and definitely not athletic, so if you're looking for a relaxed walking event you've found it!

That's about it! Simple, easy and a relaxed pace.
