Itinerary:
We meet at 9:30 am in the Muttart conservatory Parking lot. We will pass through Forest Heights Park and travel along the trails along the river. We will do a loop crossing the river to see both sides. Hike will take approximately 3 hours. >
Those interested can stop in at Juniper Cafe located in Strathern after the hike. 9514 - 87 st.

I will be wearing a Royal Blue EOC hat and standing by my Blue KIA Sportsge.

Dress for the weather
rain gear
Water, snack

Recommended Items to Bring:

Hiking poles
Gators $ for post hike treat or coffee.
