This is a friendly reminder to change your password if you haven't changed it in a while.

Why should I change my password?

This will help us protect our database and personal information contained in it.  A good password will contain a combination of letters, numbers and symbols.  I should not be a word in the dictionary or any combination with numbers, etc.  You should also never reuse the same password for anything else.

You get get high entropy passwords from a site like https://www.random.org/passwords/

How do I remember all my twenty million passwords?

You can try writing it down and keeping in a secure place.

Never store an unencrypted file on your computer with your passwords in it.

Try a password locker program or service (requires you to remember a master password)

Lastpass (paid service, allows for sync across multiple devices) https://lastpass.com/
