Itinerary:
We'll start the evening at 6:45pm just outside Café Blackbird. We'll head down at roughly 6:55pm through MacKinnon Ravine (30 minutes) to the Royal Alberta Museum where we'll watch a movie called....

ALL THAT HEAVEN ALLOWS (1955, colour, 89 min., PG): Everyone expects the new widow to settle into single life, which she finds stifling. A relationship develops between her and the younger gardener, which family and friends vehemently oppose. On the surface this is a glossy love story, but in fact it takes intolerance, snobbery and materialism to task.
