Mountain Equipment Co-op (MEC) is hosting an info session on "Bike Maintenance 101" - Learn the basics of cleaning, adjusting and maintaining the most important parts of your favourite mode of transportation. One of MEC's experienced Mechanics will take you through a demo of all of the basics, offer a Q&A period and send you home with an overview of what you covered. Bringing your own bicycle is not necessary, there will be one available for the demonstrations.

To find me (Sandie), I will be waiting inside MEC's training room in their store - in the corner by the women's clothing.

To find me, I'll have a multi- coloured bag, wearing a pink EOC top, and wearing my yellow EOC baseball cap (when the talk starts, the cap will be attached to my bag on the back of my chair).

**The talk starts at 11:30AM but I would like us to meet up at 11:15AM so I can register you.
