Grab your runners and ice cleats and enjoy the brisk air as we begin looking forward to outdoor running season. Well, outdoor running season for those who are fair-weather runners like me, anyway.

We'll jog/run/walk for an hour or so.

I'll be waiting at the corner of 62nd ave and Hemingway Road at 12:55 PM and we'll run in the surrounding neighbourhoods and around the nearby lakes.
