| We will be meeting at 6:30 p.m. for introductions at Capilano Park. We will be leaving at 6:40 p.m. sharp and hiking up the hill, and down through the Kinnaird Ravine and looping back along the north side of the river. Along the way we will encounter a few sets of stairs and some nice hills.
Bring your backpack for more exercise. Add some extra weight for even more exercise. This will be a moderate pace hike averaging 4-5km/hr. There will be stairs, and it may be muddy. We will meet in the parking lot close to the foot bridge. Look for Wes wearing a yellow EOC hat | |||||||
