Itinerary:

The instructors at Yoshinkan Karate will teach a two hour lesson. From their website: "Karate classes are designed to increase self-confidence, positive thinking, perseverance, courage, and the ability to set and reach goals. You will find yourself more focused and motivated, moving out of a “comfort zone” into the “achievement zone,” reducing your level of stress." The $10 payment for the lesson will be applied toward any future membership fees, should you decide to return on your own to Yoshinkan Karate.

You will be asked to remove any jewelry (rings, watches, etc) for the lesson, so you may prefer to leave these items at home. You will also be asked to remove your shoes.

Required Items to Bring:
$10 cash or cheque (to Yoshinkan Karate Ltd) for lesson
Comfortable workout/excercise clothing
Signed EOC waiver for 2007 (you need to sign a new one each calendar year)
